Tuckahoe/Eastchester Girl Scouts

The Tuckahoe/Eastchester Girl Scout Cabin is located at 119 Highland Avenue, Eastchester, NY 10709. 

This is the house that Girl Scout cookies built.  Profits from the sale of these cookies made this building possible.  It opened on June 7, 1958 on a lovely wooded three-acre site.  Within walking distance is ice skating at Twin Lakes and horseback riding.  The outdoor steps are reminiscent of "Singing Steps" at Edith Macy National Education Conference Center in Briarcliff.  During the summer this is the site of Rocky Brook Day Camp.

There are two large rooms with fireplaces, kitchen with appliances and a stage on the lower level.

The outdoor facilities include a large area with a  brook and five fireplaces.
